Description:
The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works and related supplies and services for the purpose of building new cabins for athletes in the area of the soccer field in Rakvice. The object of the new cabins is designed in the place of the existing cabins, which will be removed/demolished. The object of the new cabins is located in the space between two grass fields. The new cabins are based on the requirements of the KZHP for regional football competitions. The building is single-storey, the plan shape of the building is close to a rectangle with dimensions of max. approx. 16.55x46.25 m. The building is covered with a flat roof with a slope of 3% to the perimeter. The building system is classic with the usual technologies, consisting mainly of walls and pillars. The external perimeter walls complement the internal load-bearing walls and non-load-bearing partitions. The foundations of the building are made of reinforced concrete slab on gravel cushion. Breakdown of the construction into objects and technical and technological equipment: - Construction of the cabins itself - Construction of connections - Construction of the terrace and surrounding paved areas - Construction of retention basins for disposal of rainwater.
