Description: The subject of the proposal is to define a spatial and functional solution to the new city center of Jesenice and the processing of a comprehensive urban design of a major urban area, including a new square, formed, among other things, the volume solution of buildings. The new center will be designed along two streets of Říčanská and Budějovická on the desktop about 4 ha. It should serve for about 15,000 locals and 10,000 inhabitants from the catchment area. The new center can create a height dominant - the new town hall, or other objects with appropriate features of the city's comfort. An essential part of the new center solution is the location of all required functions to existing or newly designed buildings and design of a comprehensive transport solution.
