• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the selection of a contractor for building rights for a single three-story building without a basement in the center of the village of Liptl. While the building is currently not in use, it served as a children's home for two years. The proposal envisages the use of a building for front-wheel drive on the 1st floor and for affordable/social housing on the 2nd and 3rd floors, a total of 9 new housing units (5 housing units on the 2nd floor and 4 housing units on the 3rd floor). by rights, there will be no construction or construction of your own building.
  According to it, the subject of the walls is the construction of concrete reinforced surfaces, a new pedestrian road and a new two parking lots. One for the employees of the bicycle extension (2x parking wall for passenger cars) and one for the public/German apartment on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (10x parking wall for passenger cars + 1 parking wall for people with impaired orientation and mobility). The object is connected to the technical and transport infrastructure by building connections and exits.
