- The subject of the competition is the construction of a new elementary school in Stara Boleslav, size 4 x 9 classes, I. and II. degree, which will not only provide space for teaching, sports and free time for 900 children, but will also contribute with its spaces to the cultural and sports life of the city. The purpose of the competition is to select participants through the awarding of prizestniks, with whom, in a negotiation procedure without publication in accordance with § 143, paragraph 2 and § 65 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "JŘBU"), the contracting authority will negotiate the award of a subsequent contract, as described in these terms and conditions.
