- The subject of the contract is to realize a new building of elementary school. The construction is defined pursuant to Section 92 (2) of the Act using the contracting authority's requirements for performance and function, within which the selected supplier for the offer price, inter alia:
1. elaborates all required documentation, in particular the documentation for the construction of the building, andPerforms all related, especially engineering, reconnaissance and geodetic activities, static assessment, etc.
2. It realizes the construction according to the processed documentation for the construction of the construction in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority;
3. ensures the building approval.
