Description:
The subject of fulfillment is to ensure building modifications and landscaping consisting of building relaxation zones with barrier -free access in the premises of the building with the nursing service on May 5 in Milevsko. The construction includes a complete revitalization of the defined area in the form of construction of three functionalparts divided into three stages:
1. Pergola and with retaining wall and access ramps - aluminum bioclimatic pergola (3 x 6 m), paved areas and sidewalks, support wall (height 2 m), flowery beds, future container nest location.
2. Walking route and sidewalks - new access road and walkingS -shaped sidewalk, planting new greenery, furniture, flowery beds.
3. Atrium with pergola B and water fountain - second aluminum bioclimatic pergola (3 x 6 m, height 3 m), new support wall and walkways, planting flower beds, fountain installation as architectural dominant.There is also connection to technical infrastructure (water supply, rainwater, wiring), design of necessary landscaping, establishmentThe conditions of the subject of performance are given in the project documentation (Annex 4), the statement of the area (Annex 5) and in the draft contract (Annex 3)documentation.
