- The subject of this public contract is the loading, removal and disposal of all types of hazardous waste and other waste listed in Decree No. 8/2021 Coll., which establishes the Waste Catalog.
The subject of performance is further:
(i) other technical activities (e.g. rental of collection container, provision of obligationi return collection, processing of the concept of the basic description of the contractor's waste, etc.),
(ii) cleaning and similar services related to the generation of waste, in particular the separation and collection of waste in collection containers, if it is the contractor's waste according to the law,
(iii) carrying out tests of the technical capability of the objectand tanks for the storage of particularly dangerous harmful substances and dangerous harmful substances and objects of a similar type and purpose, which the contracting authority is obliged to fulfill according to the applicable legal regulations,
(iv) continuous emergency service (liquidation of oil or chemical accidents),
(v) collection and obsa waste removalincreasing the usable share of secondary raw materials.
