- The subject of the order is work on building no. 425 in Liberec I, specifically:
Demolition of part of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures will be carried out, the ceiling above the landing will be dismantled, a penetration will be made in the ceiling at the place of the proposed elevator, outdoor terraces and staircases will be dismantled. The western perimeter wall of the building will beremoved, a load-bearing structure of reinforced concrete columns will be built, the perimeter wall in the 1st N.P. and 2. N.P. will consist of glass walls, in the 1st N.P. there will be two doors to the terrace from the small hall and three doors from the vestibule, the grid of the walls will be similar to the existing layout. New di will be madepositional adjustments with brick partitions, or plasterboard. An elevator shaft with a concrete foundation will be made for the elevator. The existing stairs will be kept, repaired and handrails, railings, steps and steps will be overhauled. Entrances from the street will be repaired with new doors, windows will be replaced. Inthe large hall will be equipped with a sliding tribune and a lifting platform. New ceilings and false ceilings will be made in the hall and the small hall. The ceilings in the great hall will be refurbished. Railings will be raised on the balconies and the balcony will be connected to the sliding grandstand. New electrical, water, and sewer lines will be installed,air conditioning, hot water heating connected to a new boiler room with two 87-311 kW boilers, fixtures will be replaced, new plastering will be carried out, possibly tiles, floors. Oak parquet will be laid in the large hall, the small hall, the lounges of the balcony with the bar and the entrance hall. A new composition will be performed... - Documents :
