• Municipal rental housing in Dvorce - architectural study and documentation for planning permission The subject of the public contract is the preparation of the documentation specified below and the procurement of planning permission for the building called "Municipal rental housing in Dvorce", which will arise on land owned by the customer. Part of performance 1 is the preparation of an architectural study for the entire construction stage intended for urban rental housing. This is the entire area defined in point II. - building block S02 (Phase 1 and Phase 2) a related public transport and technical infrastructure. Part of this part of the performance is also the processing of the verification of the structural solution of the apartment buildings. Part of performance 2 is the development of documentation for planning permission, including procurement activities for phase 1 of urban rental housing (half of building block S02) and related public transport and technical infrastructure. Part of performance 3 is the development of documentation for planning permission, including procurement activities for phase 2 of urban rental housing (the second half of building block S02) and related public transport and technical infrastructure. In order to start performance part 3, it is necessary to meet the conditions defined in the article of the work contract 4.1-C "Performance part 3". The contracting authority notes that the above-mentioned division into parts is not a division into parts in the sense of § 35 ZZVZ. Copyright supervision is not the subject of the performance of this public order and will be entered separately in accordance with § 18, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ.
