• - The subject of the public contract is the construction work leading to the change of completed construction no.87 Ledce near Kladno, it is a permanent building. - For the project, more source financing is planned from the MRD budget and from the Ministry of the Environment. - The building was at the beginning of the 20th century. built as elementary school, in 1975 was adapted to a kindergarten. For more than 15 years as a kindergarten has not been used. It is currently used seasonally for the purposes of the exhibition. The building is kept as a civic amenities in the land register. - change of use applies to the 1st floor, where the entire left wing will be used as offices The municipal office with facilities, the right wing - the former gym will be used as a meeting room for the needs of Ledce. - 2nd floor and attic without use will remain without modifications. - existing building no.87 is a two -storey solitary building with an attic without the use of under the hipped roof at the level of the 3rd floor, the building is Partially basement, on the northern facade the grounds were added to the building, thereby complementing the original ground plan to the T -shaped shape almost on the rectangular ground plan. - The building is located in the built -up part of the village of Ledce, north of the pond Vasak.
