Description: The subject of the draft competition is the design of the building of the municipal house surrounded by the existing installation on the village square in Panenských Břežany. The municipal house should become a place where an intense federal, sports and social life will be played, thus mainly the house of locals. The current building of the Cultural House is no longer complying with current new requirements and the announcer is given to considering participants whether the object to retain and reconstruct or build a completely new object on the same place. The purpose of the competition is to obtain a quality architectural-urban design solution of building and adjacent areas, which will be the basis for processing follow-up project documentation in performance stages: - project preparation and studying; - Project documentation for building location (hereinafter referred to as "DUR") in a standard extent and including procurement activities, documentation of stem; - Project documentation for building permit (hereinafter referred to as "DSP") in the standard range and including OB
