Description: The subject of the draft competition is the design of the building of the municipal house surrounded by the existing installation on the village square in Panenských Břežany. The municipal house should become a place where an intense federal, sports and social life will be played, thus mainly the house of locals. The current building of the Cultural House is no longer complying with current new requirements and the announcer is given to considering participants whether the object to retain and reconstruct or build a completely new object on the same place.
