- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new indoor multipurpose sports hall, including the background. The hall is located next to the existing building of technical facilities (dressing rooms, accommodation). This project documentation also includes a connection of the proposed multipurpose sports hall with the building of technical background - extension of bathroom, repair of existing asphalt roads, replacement of existing public lighting. There are gas, public water supply, rain and sewage sewerage systems with pumping station, LV wiring. There are no exceptions to the construction. It is the construction of a multipurpose sports hall owned by a private investor. Yet on the south side of the building is an escape exit, which eventually allows the barrier -free access of the hall. A separate toilet for ZTP is designed in the hall.
