- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) Universal single-plane fluoroscopy-schiagraphy multifunctional set with maximum range of motion, flat detector and full image digitization including DSA, 3D and CT imaging intended primarily for diagnostics and interventions on the vascular and non-vascular system, perimyelography, biopsy, ERCP, fluoroscopic examination of the digestive tract, phlebography and other procedures ranging from the head to the lower extremities, in the technical specification stated in the tender documentation.device and accessories, - installation of a new device and accessories, including delivery and installation of a ceiling suspension device (if the existing device will not be used), - presentation of the accompanying documentation of the device, including a static assessment of the device installation, - transport and handling of the new deviceto the installation site, including the own design of the handling route, - inspection of the existing cable trays and their possible modification or construction of new ones, - supply and installation of the switchboard for connecting the device, including its connection to the electrical distribution of the building, - dismantling of ceiling soffits, lighting fixtures and theirreassembly and restoration to original condition The number of service operations must correspond to the anticipated maintenance of the devices for a period of 8 years.
The subject of the procurement procedure is - the supply of a multifunctional X-ray set with C-arm including accessories (hereinafter also "Goods") for the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine of the FacultyBrno Hospital, Bohunice and Porodnice Hospital, Jihlavska 20, 625 00 Brno, - provision of post-warranty service for the device on the basis of a service contract concluded for the lifetime of the device, i.e. min. 10 years, - Documents :
