Description:
The subject of this public contract is the provision of multifunctional printing services and their continuous operation in the building of the Ministry of Agriculture, Těšnov 17, Prague 1 for a period of 4 years from the effective date. This is a lease of 50 multifunction printers, which will be delivered to the corridors of the zadava headquarterstele and will replace existing Sharp printers. The delivery of each multifunction printer will include an employee card reader and the delivery of licenses as a service (subscription) of the print monitoring system for the entire rental period of the printer. Ensuring printing services will also be a continuous provision of all snecessary material (except paper) in the form of periodic delivery to the MZe building (the ad-hoc exchange itself will be provided by the MZe with its own forces), including the removal of used material for recycling/disposal. Another part of the service will be the provision of all service interventions throughout the duration of the contract.
