Description:
The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing multifunctional building owned by the municipality of Kostelní Myslová and an extension of the garage for municipal equipment. The existing reconstructed building is located on the village square. In the past, the building served as a shop, currently only the 1st floor is used, which has been reconstructed in the past and now serves for the cultural and federal activities of the municipality. The current two -storey building of a rectangular ground plan with a flat roof changes after reconstruction to a three -storey building (1.PP, 1st floor, 2nd floor) covered with a saddle roof. The 2nd floor will also be an attic. After a complete reconstruction and completion, the whole building will be used for social purposes of the municipality. On the 1st floor there will be a negotiating hall (office), warehouse, boiler room and room sanitary facilities.
