• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is - ensuring basic maintenance of areas by mowing and collecting the resulting material, further mowing without collecting the cut material, or just mulching parts of the land and legal disposal of intruded biowaste, collection, raking of leaves and its removal. Collected and raked bio-waste resulting from the maintenance of areas will be stored or handed over for further processing in accordance with the applicable legislation on waste management - proper care of part of the area of grassy greenery owned by the contracting authority (approx. 82.5 ha), while for reasons of capacity is unable to ensure the mowing and maintenance of all public green areas owned by the contracting authority. The maintenance of most areas is ensured by mowing, which is carried out by the employees of the Department of Urban Greenery of the Municipality of the City of Zlín. This public contract is one of two parts of the public contract that relate to the mowing and maintenance of land in the period 2026-2027 and will be competed for in two separate contracts with regard to the expected value and the subject of performance. The total expected value of both parts of the public contract is 19,626,000 CZK without VAT, (CZK 23,747,460 with VAT) of which: part 1 - Mowing of grassy public areas and land maintenance in 2026 - 2027 - for OMZ - CZK 18,406,000 without VAT, (CZK 22,271,260 with VAT) - awarded as a separate contract for services in the over-limit management regime, for the assignment of which the contracting authority is entitled to use the open procedure according to § 3 letter b) of the Act. part 2 - Mowing public grassy areas and maintenance of land in 2026 - 2027- for OŽPaZ - CZK 1,220,000 without VAT ( 1...
