- The subject of this public contract is the supply of a CT device including accessories for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center of the Motol FN.
The subject of performance also includes:
(i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed tests and tests.
(ii.)Instruction/training of medical personnel will be carried out by a person authorized to do so according to
§ 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll.").
(iii.) Warranty and post-warranty service of the device, which will carried out by a person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training.
