- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of equipment for the Brachytherapy workplace, the equipment includes an irradiation device for HDR brachytherapy, applicators, a planning system, an operating table and dosimetric equipment for brachytherapy for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center FN Motol. Offered the equipment must be compatible with the existing ARIA oncology information system.
The subject of performance also includes:
(i.) Installation of all equipment and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests.
(ii.) Carrying out the acceptance test of the device HDR brachytherapy, including measurement of scattered radiation.
(iii.)Instruction/training of medical personnel will be carried out by a person authorized to do so according to
§ 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll.").
(iv.) Warranty and post-warranty servicing of the equipment, which will be carried out by a person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training.
