Description: The subject of the fulfillment of the VZ is the processing of professional technical basis, project documentation for the issue of building permits for construction (hereinafter referred to as “PD”) and its complete discussion for the purpose of approval of the project documentation, including the security of the final building permit; Processing of the documentation for the construction of the construction, including the processing of the inventory of all works, supplies and services and the bill of quantities according to Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Replacement of the Aims"), the determination of the total cost of the construction (hereinafter referred to as the “control budget”); Ensuring author supervision (hereinafter referred to as “AD”), securing the person of the OSH coordinator and ensuring the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as “TDS”). Detailed definition of the subject of performance of the VZ, is regulated in the contract.
