- The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract with one participant for the performance of regular activities and services in the field of water management for the contracting authority to ensure the obligations of waste, drinking and underground water control at individual establishments of the network of EuroOil gas stations in the Czech Republic and gavelocations of the contracting authority, which flow to the contracting authority from individual administrative decisions and generally binding regulations, to the following extent:
1) sampling and analysis of waste water at individual ČS and other locations of the contracting authority from treatment plants and oil separators (type of sample WWTP, waste water);
2) inspections of drinking water at individual ČS and other locations of the contracting authority from the water supply (well sample type) according to the frequency, type of sampling and the range of indicators set out in the table, including transportation and issuance of the inspection protocol;
3) sampling and analysis of groundwater at individual ČS and other locationscontractor from wells (sample type groundwater) according to frequency, type of sampling, including transport and exposure
