Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of data regarding the quality of the water environment of selected European important locations with protected species related to stagnant waters, which are part of the Register of Protected Areas established in accordance with the requirements of the Directive of the European of the Parliament and of the Council 2000/60/EC, which establishes the framework for Community action in the field of water policy (the so-called "Water Framework Directive"). For each location of European importance, one cycle of the annual sampling of physico-chemical parameters and biological components (zooplankton) in accordance with the "Methodology for monitoring the state of protected areas defined for the protection of habitats and species with a connection to water" (Janovská et al. 2020), with the exception of the frequency of sampling of physico-chemical parameters, which will be carried out at all locations in the period March-October at monthly intervals (8 samples per year). A list of affected European sites intended for monitoring, including specification of objects of protection, localization of monitoring profiles and physico-chemical parameters and biological components intended for monitoring is given in Annex No. 5 of the tender documentation. The approximate location of the profiles is given in Annex No. 6 of the tender documentation. Measurements will be made in the field water temperature, water concentration and oxygen saturation, electrical conductivity, pH, water transparency and distribution of zooplankton by size fraction.
