• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one Participant, for each part of the Public Contract separately. Furthermore, the subject is the provision of services to ensure the monitoring of drinking water and waste water. This is a quality control exercise of drinking water from wells and internal water pipes and determining the level of pollution of wastewater discharged from domestic treatment plants and other cleaning facilities. The obligation to carry out water analyzes follows from Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Water and Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on Protection public health (concerns drinking water). The supplier will ensure: - professional sampling of drinking and waste water; - transport of samples to an accredited laboratory; - sample analysis and its evaluation including the processing of laboratory analysis results, comparison results with limits according to applicable legislation; - when limit values ​​are not reached, prepare a proposal for corrective measures; - keeping records in the Pitná Voda (PIVO) information system.
