Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of construction, assembly and craftsmanship and supplies associated with the implementation of the contract "Public space modification - Park under Color in Bystřice - Construction" in accordance with project and tender documentation. These are modifications of existing territory at confluence Konopišťsky and Rezdilsky brook, which will serve for public recreation. The work includes the construction of new paved park areas (threshing roads, paved and sand areas), footbridges and moths through water surfaces, fireplace and barbecue places, pools and the banks of the stream including the nature of the nearby Fortifications, as well as adjusting the surfaces of two purpose -built roads, setting up new parking spaces and wiring with connecting to existing distribution. As part of the realization of park modifications, landscape and landscaping of the park will take place at the same time, which are not subject to this contract. Landscape and landscaping of the park will be realized by a professional company on the basis of the results of the simultaneous tender procedure to the supplier of these services. The contractor of construction work and the supplier of landscape and landscaping of the park must coordinate the course of individual works together.
