- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the delivery of beds and trolleys for patients (hereinafter referred to as "devices") according to the SPECIFICATION and the contract, and the negotiation of conditions for the performance of service services after the end of the warranty period according to Annex No. 3 of the contract.
Service services are understood to mean:
1) Training of the operators of the supplied devices
2)Carrying out periodic safety and technical inspections (BTK)
3) Carrying out regular inspections ordered by the manufacturer and according to applicable legislation
4) Carrying out revisions
5) Carrying out repairs and service services on devices at the client's headquarters, unless the contracting parties agree otherwise
6) Carrying out service support
Conditions for the performance of post-warranty service are agreed in Annex No. 3 of the contract.
