Description:
The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is:
a) Making project documentation for the construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent that it can be discussed in proceedings for authorization of the intention, obtain a final authorization of the project (building permit) pursuant Coll., Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the notified entity in the phase of issuing the authorization of the intention and activities of the OSH coordinator at work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of OSH plan on the construction site and maintenance manual.
(b) processing and submitting an application for a permit The project according to the Building Act, including all required documents, which will result in the issue of the authorization of the project (building permit). The Contractor will cooperate in the issue of the relevant decisions in their legal force.
(c) Making Project Documentation to carry out a track construction (PDPS) in mode BIM that elaborates and defines construction requirements into details that specify the subject of the work to the extent to be the basis for the selection procedure for the construction of the building by subject.
The information model is part of the work and will be processed, discussed and submitted continuously and together with the other parts of the work according to the timetable according to the Annex C...
