• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the supply of new technological equipment for the school kitchen with low heat losses. Important appliances include 2 x new convection ovens, 2 x multi-functional pans, a new dishwasher with heat recovery from waste air and of water, the addition of a dishwasher, and above all, refrigerators and freezers with water exchangers and with significant use of waste heat for hot water heating, etc. Furthermore, part of the subject of the public contract is the internal construction of the school kitchen, distribution of internal installations - electricity, water, waste, heating, including new air conditioning with recuperation. The larger scope of work mainly concerns the demolition of existing and the construction of new floors, the removal of old and the implementation of new plaster and plasterboard ceiling in the kitchen area, execution of smaller building structures for the distribution of internal installations, etc. The proposed internal modifications will primarily serve to improve the quality of the production process of preparing meals for the school and together with new technological equipment, which is not the subject of this contract, the requirement to significantly reduce the total consumption of energy from non-renewable sources will be met - at least by 30% compared to the current state. The new air conditioning unit is designed as outdoor and will be located in the open the existing passage immediately behind the perimeter wall of the brewery.
