• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the modernization of the MMB kitchen in the Malinovského náměstí 3 building in Brno. The subject of construction modifications is the implementation of the overall modernization of the kitchen, part of the dining room and the adjacent facilities in the MMB building, including new distribution systems and technology supplies. Furthermore, part of the modernization of the kitchen is the supply of catering equipment. The start of the performance period is expected for construction works from June 2026. The public contract is divided into two parts. The first part is building modifications (construction work), the second part is supply of gastro equipment (supplies). This is the implementation of the 1st stage of modernization, when construction modifications will be made, especially to the kitchen area and the supply of gastro equipment. Subpart No. 1: Modernization of the kitchen of MMB Malinovského náměstí 3 - building modifications Sub-subject part 1 of the public contract is the implementation of building modifications consisting in the implementation of the overall modernization of the kitchen, dining room and adjacent facilities in the MMB building. Subpart No. 2: Modernization of the kitchen of MMB Malinovského náměstí 3 - supply of gastro equipment Sub-subject part 2 of the public contract is the supply of gastro equipment - catering technology, including assembly, test operation and professional training of operators.
