Description: The subject of this public contract is a commitment to the provider based on the requirements of the Contracting Authority Service of the Ministry of the Ministry of Finance for its modernization, the specification of the requirements for the modernization of the MF content management system is contained in Annex 1 - Specification of the subject of performance, which forms an integral part of the Annex no . 1 ZD.
A commitment to the provider is also considered to be a commitment to the provider to deliver new and updated existing and operational-technical and safety documentation to the modernized MF editorial system, including the full current version of the source codes to the Ministry of the Ministry of Education and continue to maintain this documentation in the current version. This documentation, source codes and any other materials or documents for proper use of the modernized MF content management system is obliged to transmit the contracting authority in the context of the appropriate acceptance procedure.
The total extent of the performance of the subject of the public contract does not exceed 500 cash according to Art. II, paragraph 1 of the draft contract.
