The subject of performance of the public contract "Modernization of the Horažďovice line pre -. The final variant of the construction design (study) for selected objects will be completedin other stages of documentation.
b) Processing of the documentation for obtaining the verification binding opinion of the EIA pursuant to Section 9a of Act 100/2001 Coll. and obtaining this opinion.such an extent that it can be discussed in proceedings for authorization of the project, to obtain a final authorization of the project (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the notified entity at the stagework on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of OSH plan on the construction site and maintenance manual.
