- The subject of this public contract is the contractor's obligation for the contracting authorities consisting of the overall modernization of the TUV heat source in the area of ββthe external boiler room of greenhouses in the Lumbe Garden at Prague Castle (located within the National Cultural Monument premises Prague Castle, HradΔany, Prague 1). Boiler roomFor Lumbe greenhouses it supplies the heat and DHW operating spaces of greenhouses. The work that is subject to this contract consists in the replacement of the original technology (gas boilers Dedietrich, year of manufacture 2014) with a new technology. The subject of this contract includes removal and liquidation of current operationalObsolete heat source and securing, assembly (installation), connection and commissioning of a new heat source according to the design specified in the project documentation, which is Annex 1 to the call for bids. It also includes filling and ventilation of the heating medium after the work is completed. For assemblyTechnological equipment The Contractor shall process the technology of the assembly procedure that will respect all valid safety regulations and the contractor shall present it to the client at least 1 week before the construction of the construction site.
The subject of performance also includes all necessary operational tests(including heating test) and revisions, in accordance with the annexes to the written call for bids (in particular Annex No. 1- Project documentation), including the default revision of all electrical equipment at the same time as the inspection report.
The subject of performance also includes a guarantee service of the subjectFulfillment for the duration of the warranty at its own expense, ie for 2 years (the price for the implementation of this warranty service, including the necessary material necessary for the proper implementation of the warranty service, will be included in the price for the performance of the public contract).
