• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the gastro operation (kitchen and its associated areas) of the existing ZŠ building in Zruč-Senc. The catering operation is divided into a cooking room, washing dishes (separately serving dishes and dishes from delivery), a cold store, a preparation room vegetables, vegetable storage, dry storage, social facilities for staff (capacity 5 people - women) and office, air conditioning machine room. The intention of the modernization and subsequent building modifications is expected significant energy savings when using the new modern gastro technology leading at the same time to the efficiency and quality of the overall operation of the kitchen, meeting the current requirements and trends of school meals. Within the framework of the proposed building modifications in this PD, the floors in the addressed areas will be demolished where necessary extent, following this, it will be necessary to demolish the existing cladding, dismantle the existing inadequate air conditioning system and related demolition work. New sewer lines will be built (sewage + grease) incl. horizontal routes, a new grease separator installed instead of the existing one, which does not meet the capacity of the separator, new water supply lines and electrical installations will be made. A new air conditioning system will be implemented, which will be installed in another room (warehouse) due to spatial reasons, with an air outlet to the east shield. New floor constructions will be made, in the place of trenches for sewerage incl. waterproofing. New partition walls, new plastering and painting, new paving and ceramic tiles will be made locally in the area under consideration. The space thus prepared will be equipped with a new one gastronomic technology meeting current requirements and trends for the operation of school kitchens.
