- The subject of the contract is technical assistance to the investor (hereinafter referred to as "TPI") in the implementation of the construction "Modernization of the Česka Třebova railway junction".
TPI subject is in particular:
-u participation in regular (weekly) working meetings and above all on control days of construction (mostly with monthly periodicity) for the purposemonitoring and inspection of realization procedures of construction work; Control of building invoicing, monitoring related issues of construction realization - problems, settlement of comments of the future administrator, legitimate comments by building individual entities concerned, influencing the construction relationship orCooperation in the discussion of new requirements arising during the implementation with administrative, supervisory, inspection and building authorities, authorial supervision and especially the construction manager, which performs the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS")
-the following compliance with the construction of the contractorincluding the resulting solution to the consequences of possible mismatch
-following the origin, solution and discussion of the mismatch of the construction of the building with the budgets of individual SO/ PS buildings; Assessment of the Contractor's requirements for the need to draw funds from the reserve of the construction, the provision of opinions to the legitimacy of the requirements forTDS and construction manager
o the identification of the need and implementation of changes in the construction against pdps and confirmation of the justified need for the emergence of lesser and more work; Written opinions on individual cases of adaptation to the time and financial Claim
