- The subject of performance is to replace the scanning technology in the regional digitization unit (KDJ) operated by the science library in Olomouc (VKOL) in the locality Tomkova 414/44, 779 00 Olomouc - HejΔin.
The implementation of the subject of performance is also associated with services in the range of delivery, installation, basic configuration,and ensuring support from manufacturers of individual equipment for 60 months. Furthermore, part of the subject of performance is a warranty within the meaning of Section 2113 et seq. The Civil Code also for the period of 60 months.
The goods will be delivered in accordance with the qualitative and technical requirements of the contracting authority listed inAnnex 1 The tender documentation entitled "Technical Specifications of Filling" (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Specifications"). After completing the data offered by the participant, this Annex will be an integral and binding part of the purchase contract.
