- As part of the investment plan, the operating theaters located on the 1st above-ground floor of building A, parts/sections C and D will be renovated in the Design & Build mode, in two stages planned by the client, to meet the most modern requirements for functionality, equipment, hygiene and longevity. The investment plan will include demolition work, construction work, fire safety solutions, health technology, high-current and low-current electrical installations, medical gas distribution, heating, air conditioning and cooling, measurement and regulation, vertical transport equipment, installation of clean spaces including defined accessories, medical technology, and special medical furniture. The subject of the first stage will be the reconstruction of 6 operating theaters and related facilities located in on the 1st floor of building A, part C, and the subject of the second stage will be the reconstruction of 3 operating theaters, the construction/establishment of a new operating theater and related facilities located on the 1st floor of building A, part D. The contracting authority allows suppliers in in accordance with § 36 and § 97 ZZVZ inspection of the place of future performance of the public contract - see tender documentation.
