• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a solution for an innovative way of managing medical documentation across all specialist departments of the hospital through a central information system that will ensure the interoperable exchange of the necessary data, their sharing with authorized users, whether within the hospital or within other healthcare facilities. The aim is also to provide access to medical documentation to the patients themselves. The entire solution must ensure safe storage of medical documentation data and fill a standardized form of its sharing through the implementation of data interfaces of electronic healthcare services. The performance also includes services associated with delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation of rules and authorizations associated with the subject of the delivery and its future operation in the client's technological environment, integration of the delivered solution into the existing IS, functionality verification and acceptance testing and training of the client's users and IT administrators. It is also the subject of a public contract standard warranty and post-warranty service and support of the delivered SW solution, the supplier's capacity for development activities and any other performance related to the above-mentioned delivery in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the tender documentation and its attachments.
