- The subject of the public contract (VZ) is the delivery, installation and complete commissioning of gastro technology in the modernized catering operation of ZŠ Tyršova, Kuřim. As part of the contract, equipment for the cold kitchen, food delivery, tableware washing,onvectomata, preparation of dough and vegetables, washing of black dishes, further equipment for cooking and for meat preparation, cooling box, equipment for rough preparation of vegetables, daily storage and food storage, inventory and DKP, equipment for drinks and salad bar
Delivery of gastro technology will be made according to "project documentation" (hereinafter also "PD") and "measurement statement" (hereinafter also "VV") - technical specifications prepared by the company ProKitchen s.r.o., Minska 3104/34, 616 00 Brno, ID 10801341, annex no. 2 and 3 of the procurement conditions.
The subject of fulfillment is also cooperation and coordination during construction works (e.g. specification of e.gsteering points, construction modifications, etc.), which are not part of the purchase contract.
The subject of delivery is further specified in detail by Annex No. 5 of the tender conditions draft purchase contract.
