Description:
The subject of the public contract is the design of the "Modernization of Eating at the SŠP Kyjov" in the client building at Nadražni 471/48, 697 01 Kyjov, especially in the rebuilding of the interior and operation of the kitchen and its facilities, including associated premises. Within the construction work will be made Among other things, new penetrations into the facade and new wiring of electrical, ZTI, and HVAC to the extent and according to the needs of operation and technologies, including warranty performance for the contracting authorities.
This public contract follows the already contracting authority with the tender procedure called "Modernization of Caring Operation at the SŠP Kyjov which was divided into two (2) parts and part 1 - Gastro technology and part 2 - construction work. Part 2 - Construction work The contracting authority in accordance with the ZZVZ canceled. The implemented tender procedure is thus a repeated procedure of the original tender procedure "Modernization of catering operation at the SŠP Kyjov", part 2 - Construction work. The contracting authority therefore points out that in the implementation of a public contract, cooperation with the selected supplier for part 1 - gastro technology, which results from the tender documentation and their annexes, will be required by the selected supplier.
