Description:
In accordance with Section 101 of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of the public contract is divided into two separate parts:
Part 1 - Gastro Technology
Part 2 - Construction work
The contracting authority shall be awarded in accordance with Section 35 of the ZZZZ. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer to both partsThe tendering procedure or only for one part of the tender. The subject of part 1 of the public contract is the "modernization of catering at the KYJOV SŠP" in the contracting authority building at Nadražni 471/48, 697 01 Kyjov consisting especially in the deliveryIncluding warranty performance. The subject of part 2 of the public contract is the "modernization of catering at the SŠP Kyjov" in the building of the contracting authority at Nadražni 471/48, 697 01 Kyjov, especially in the rebuilding of interior space and kitchen and its facilities, including associated areas. WithinConstruction modifications will also be carried out, among other things, new penetrations into the facade and new wiring of electrical, ZTI, and HVAC to the required extent and according to the needs of operation and technologies, including warranty performance.supplies
