Contract description: The subject of the public contract is the completion and updating of the Documentation for land management. The documentation will be updated on the basis of the approved Plan of the construction project "Modernization of the Brno-Prerov line, 3rd construction Vyskov - Nezamyslice", including the incorporation of all changes resulting from this document, including providing a fully documentary part for land management, The documentation for land management will be prepared in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of constructions, as amended, and with the Directive of DG SŽDC No. 11/2006 "Documentation for the preparation of constructions on national and regional railways ", as amended, in accordance with valid regulations and technical standards and in accordance with the Technical Quality Conditions of State Railways Constructions. In case of differences between Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., As amended, and Directive No. 11/2006, the provisions of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., As amended, apply.
