- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements; only in the case of supplies - indicate whether offers relating to purchase, rent, lease, installment sale or a combination of these options are required) The subject of the order is the processing of project documentation for buildingsy for the issuance of a building permit (DSP) according to Annex No. 3 promulgation No. 146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of project documentation for transport constructions, as amended, and project documentation for construction implementation (PDPS) according to Annex No. 4 of Proclamation No. 146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of the project documenttransport constructions, as amended, including public hearings, provision of all documents for the issuance of a building permit, processing of documents and provision of the activity of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase according to Act. No. 309/2006 Coll., as amended, and includingthat of the author's supervision of the designer during the implementation of the building. The work also includes, in particular, - the processing of the completed application for a building permit, including all required documents and attachments;y and list of works according to decree No. 169/2016 Coll., as amended);- ensuring the issuance of certificates of conformity issued by a notified body in accordance with the applicable directives of the European Parliament and the Council on the interoperability of the conventional railway system.prepared in other parts of the tender documentation.
The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit (DSP), project documentation for construction implementation (PDPS) and the performance of the author's supervision of the designer during the implementation of the construction called Modernization of the Brno-Přerov line, 5th constructionand Kojetin - Přerov. - Documents :
