- The subject of the public contract is, in cooperation with the contracting authority, according to the project documentation and the statement of measurements, to carry out construction work and deliveries consisting in the implementation of the modernization and reconstruction of apartment buildings owned by the statutory city of Brno and entrusted to the administration of the Brno Lišni district.
The purpose ofthe public contract is the modernization and reconstruction of the housing stock.
The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement according to § 131 ZZVZ for a period of 3 years with one selected bidder.
