• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the modernization of the clinical (hospital) system (hereinafter also KIS) of the contracting authority FONS Enterprise in the form of expanding functionalities in the sense of implementing the requirements of eHealth standards in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 325/2021 Coll., on electronicization healthcare, as amended, of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services, as amended, for the purpose of electronicizing new services directly serving staff and indirectly citizens and foreigners by increasing the quality and capacity of healthcare provision with the use of information technologies and procedures made possible by electronicization, the development of the transfer of information between health service providers, the development of connections to exchange systems, or sharing medical documentation, including modifications to the existing one information system, addition of the necessary functionalities, provision of the necessary licenses, implementation, integration of the KIS on the newly acquired information platform, training of the buyer's staff and handover of documents related to the delivered goods, especially warranty sheets, manuals, user, administrator and security documentation, documentation of actual implementation, including warranty and ensuring maintenance, operation support, service and development of systems for a period of 60 months, and further according to the other conditions of the tender documentation.
