- The subject of the public contract is the supply of mobile X-ray devices and a mobile mobile fluoroscopic C-arm for the radiodiagnostics department of the Česka Lipa Hospital, a.s.
The subject of the contract includes, in addition to ensuring the transport of devices with the required parameters to the destination, their assembly,installation, configuration, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and user training or operator instruction in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll.,
on medical devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "PPE") and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of April 5, 2017 on health facilitiesthinners, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and on the repeal of Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (hereinafter referred to as "MDR" ). The subject of the contract also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period.
