• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the supply of a new mobile sorting machine for sorting aggregate and other material collected from roads after winter maintenance (aggregate fraction 4-8 mm, sand fraction 0-8 mm, soil, organic materials), which corresponds to the technical specification according to Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation - Technical specification and table of supplies for evaluation (hereinafter referred to as "Machine" or "Subject of performance"), while the subject of performance is also transport of the Machine to the place of performance specified in Article 3.2 of the procurement documentation, testing Machines and operator training Machines. For the avoidance of doubt, the client expressly states that, in accordance with the binding draft of the Contract, the performance also includes the provision of free warranty service, as well as regular warranty service inspections of the machines (warranty service) and regular service at prices in accordance with the supplier's current price list (for details, see the binding contract proposal). All service interventions on the Machine during the warranty period will be carried out within the maximum reaction time specified in Article 7.11 of the binding proposal Contracts, namely in the current location of the Machine at centers or landfills located in the territory of the Liberec Region.
