Description: The aim of the tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. of the Act with multiple suppliers (min. Two for each part of the public contract) for the purpose of providing services that consist in mining and other forestry activities (approaching, afforestation, eases, handling, production of fence).
Individual public contracts will be implemented as partial performance, depending on the current need for the contracting authority, whose implementation will be carried out separately.
On the basis of a concluded framework agreement, public contracts will be awarded as a procedure without restoring the competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement. All conditions of performance of public contracts for individual parts are contained in the framework contract.
The contract is divided into parts. The parts of the contract for which the framework agreement will be concluded are specified in detail in the technological sheets, which are Annex 1 to the tender documentation and the Annex to the Framework Agreement.
