- The aim of the tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement") pursuant to Section 131 et seq. law with multiple suppliers (min. Two for each part of the public contract) for the purpose of providing services that consist in mining and other forestry activities (zooming, afforestation, aches, handling of KLESTEM, building fence). The individual public contracts will be implemented as partial performance depending on the current need for the contracting authority, the implementation of which will be carried out separately. On the basis of a concluded framework agreement, public contracts will be awarded without restoring the competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement.All conditions of performance of public contracts for individual parts are contained in the framework agreement.
The contract is divided into parts. Parts of the order for which the framework agreement will be concluded are specified in detail in the technological sheets that are Annex 1 to the tender documentation and the Annex to the Framework DEda.E, which will be precisely defined with the specific conditions of a specific contract and the conditions of performance, in particular the subject of the partial contract for work (activity according to the technological certificate), place of performance, estimated value of the performance, acceptable price based on the concluded framework agreement and... - Documents :
