Description:
On the basis of this public contract, a contract will be concluded on the basis of which the selected supplier will be carried out for its liability and costs in the contract specified in the locality, especially in the territory of the Brno - Chimney of the Potos of Grass Area, the Warms of Lice and the related greenery care, with more detailed The specification of the subject of performance is stated in the draft of the implementation contract, which consists of Annex 1 ZD. This public contract (hereinafter referred to as "VZ") is awarded in an open proceedings pursuant to Section 3 (a). b) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").
