- The subject of the public order is a set of instruments significantly expanding the existing system, the basis of which is a microscope for ex-vivo electrophysiological measurements Zeiss Axio Examiner Z.1. The expansion will enable modern techniques such as optogenetic manipulations and the application of very small volumes to be performed. Forcapacity expansion and for the possibility of measuring from several areas at once, a multi-channel system will be used. The assembly also includes a micropipette puller, a digital converter with dedicated software for digitizing analog data and their analysis, an anti-vibration table and a heating system for measurements at physiologicalh temperatures.
An integral part of the delivery is also transport to the place of fulfillment, installation, commissioning, testing, operator training, handing over instructions, etc. (for more details, see Annex No. 2 (Draft Purchase Agreement) of the procurement documentation. The client requires a new device, not a demo, refurbishedor in any way previously used.
The technical parameters of the required subject of performance are defined within the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
