Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of comprehensive modular technological equipment of the microbiological laboratory for the detection of infectious pathogens and nosocomial infections from clinical samples consisting of a fully automatic system for molecular biological examination (PCR). Cultivation - automatic hemocultivation system with satellite solution with the availability of 24/7 - (II), and from the data transmission system for elaborated (currently cultivated) samples between the basic and satellite system - (III) intended for the Institute of Microbiology of the University Hospital Olomouc, and Furthermore, the supply, installation and commissioning of the mycological analyzer for the Institute of Microbiology of the University Hospital Olomouc, including the provision of warranty and post -warranty service, delivery of all consumables and the training of the staff of the University Hospital Olomouc.
