The subject of the public contract is the extension of the current STM/AFM vacuum system (growthscanning tunneling microscopy) o XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy), according to the client's requirements.
The scope of delivery is specifically a monochromatized X-ray source, a hemispheric energy analyzer including electronics for controlling the analyzer and software, and a vacuum chamber made of material, totery is shielded by external magnetic fields.
